Rolling resistance

In order to visually measure the rolling resistance force, our company together with the German company Torwegge tested the main series of wheels, except specialized ones.

Conclusion:
The series of wheels 41, 43 and 62 have the least rolling resistance of the trolley, which fully corresponds to their name: "Comfort".

This is followed by wheels equipped with ball bearings, with fairly hard polyamide and polyurethane coatings. Closes the test table wheels on roller bearings and on the slide, cheaper series.
Measurement conditions:
Wheel diameter 150-160mm;
Ramp 300 mm high and 2.5 meters long;

Smooth bulk industrial floors;
Trolley with cargo with a total weight of 200 kg, on 4 parallel-directed wheels;
The temperature in the room is 22 ° C, normal humidity.
Our tests showed that in the case of moving medium-weight loads, the wheels of the 41 and 62 series (PSK and TPK from the German company Torwegge) differ not only in their advanced design, but also have the best price / quality / comfort ratio in the Ukrainian market.
